3km race for Under 16s, 4.5km Open Race, and 4.5km Women’s and Men's Eliminators. Entries close Sunday 19 May 6pm (late entries on the night).

Description
6pm Under 16 Club Classic: 3 km (2 laps of 1.5km)
6:25pm The Open Race: 4.5km (3 laps of 1.5km)
6:55pm Women’s Eliminator: 4.5km (3 laps of 1.5km)
7:30pm Men's Eliminator: 4.5km (3 laps of 1.5km)
The eliminator is a ‘last person standing’, 3 lap affair, with the field being halved after each lap. Each lap will be followed by a 2 minute break that begins the moment the winner of the lap crosses the finish line. The winner of the 2nd lap is awarded $150 and the winner of the 3rd and final lap is awarded $350. Selection & field size for the eliminator will be announced Thursday 23rd of May at 8pm. Those interested in being selected to compete in the eliminator need to express interest and provide a recent 5k time in the entry form.
Example:
40 person field, first 20 through the line go through to the second lap, first 10 through the line go through to the third and final lap (minimum of 10 people will start the third lap, regardless of field size).
