Winter speedwork is moving on 22 April 2025 to Tuesdays at Nga Puna Wai. We will be warming up from 5.30 pm, ready to start the workout at 6 pm.

The track & field season starts on 19th October, and runs through to March 2025. DGRS athletes focus primarily on the running events.
